You have at least 3 years of experience in a studio or an agency
You are well organized and have a great understanding of the processes of project management
Your interpersonal skills are such that people appreciate working with you #NICE #IKNOWHOWTOTALKANDWRITE
You are comfortable with digital platforms and have an eye for design.
You also have a good knowledge of social networks and the creation and targeting of media campaigns
You are comfortable with presentation and layout tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite...)
You are bilingual in English, we want to meet you!
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will mainly take care of the following missions:
Briefings (on client calls or in client meetings)
Driving and elaborating commercial proposals in close collaboration with the sales director and the other supervisors (including quotes and provisional planning) matching the client's brief
Define the needs (feasibility, drafting of CDCs, defining the necessary resources needed for the project...)
Follow-up with the technical and creative teams
Follow-up on projects from signature to delivery
Editing of quotes and invoices, with the agreement of the sales manager, and follow-up of their payments
