Real-Time Developer - Intermittent/Freelance (Full-Time)
Presentation of the Development Department & the position
You'll be joining a team of 12 friendly, high-performance, problem-solving developers capable of working on both social AR and Web AR projects.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be supported by Nicolas and Mathieu, Lead Creative Developers, and will work closely with the 3D, Design and Production teams.
As an intermittent Real-Time Developer, your main mission will be to develop innovative interactive projects in real-time 3D based on mixed reality (AR and VR).
You'll be responsible for integrating product assets and providing expertise in real-time rendering and shaders. Improve and perfect our internal tools for the Unreal engine, and write, update and maintain technical documentation.
You'll also be in charge of technology watch (according to Atomic's needs) and the creation of tools to support our teams on a daily basis.
- Project development (75%): Working on strategic and innovative internal projects, mainly on augmented reality headsets and the Unreal Engine. You will work closely with the 3D team.
- Team training and support (10%): Help and support teams to improve their skills, particularly on Unreal Engine.
- Monitoring/R&D (15%): Regularly monitor and test new and latest technologies, as well as the AR ecosystem.

Profile
- You have several years' experience as a Real-Time Creative Developer,
- You have a very good knowledge of C++, C# and real-time development. Knowledge of javascript and threejs is a plus,
- You are familiar with real-time 3D tools, Unreal and Unity,
- Knowledge of the AR ecosystem and augmented reality headsets. Knowledge of Lens Studio, Spark AR and Effect House is a real plus.
- Fluency in English,
- Your qualities: a logical and synthesizing mind, you're solution-oriented, curious and creatively inclined.
